Well, I'm still sitting at the same weight I started. However if you count the slight increase to 239 mid week then I guess it's not so bad. I spoke to my brother in law who is doing the same diet (being more strict) said that it was at the end of week 2 that it started to show results. The frustrating part is I know why it happens it just doesn't make it easier.... So, as the saying goes, "Patience, young grasshopper"; week two will soon be over.. (we're on day 2 - lol) ...
