So, this weekend was a weekend of bad eating. Friday was a travel day down to Toledo to take some stuff to my mother-in-law. We had White Castle for dinner. It was good, haven't had it in a little while. White Castle has become our cheat fast food meal. Then on Saturday it was bacon and eggs for breakfast, a light lunch, but a nice stick to your stomach meal of meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy. Yesterday was a day of Italian, seeing that my Father-in-law came to visit and we went out for Italian. Had Cheese Tortellini with meatballs, and lots of bread. I love bread. Then after work, we went to our friends house and had lasagna. WHAT WAS I THINKING????? So many carbs. I thought for sure I gained 5 pounds this weekend. Got on the scale this morning and only gained 0.4 lbs. I call that a win. I am not going to keep eating like this. It was a bad weekend. This week will be better. I hope you all had a great weekend too.
