Amen to that, ive gained almost 10lbs in a month, and I don't think I slipped too far, but apparently so...

LOL so true it also taste better going on! Better to not add so much because taking it off just isn't all that fun.

Very true and our body thinks it's doing us a favor too, saving it all in the form of fat for the just in case scenarios.
