What happened? This is disappointing. Don't know if it's water or not. Stress has increased in the last 3 to 4 weeks. Was assaulted by an inmate at work last Friday... got only a scratch.... no worries. Supervisory staff seem to think it was funny... I don't! Maybe I need a nice relaxing weekend. Maybe I'll go on a real bike ride with the kids. Football practice seems to be a hit the pad I'm holding practice and I'm not getting much out of it except pain from the jolting.
Any ideas??

Oh, I am SO sorry you had a traumatic event. It is not funny. I have worked in the same type pf environments in the past. Your body is in a stressed and hypervigilant state and probably is full of cortisol - which impacts weight.

A bike ride with the kids would be fun I think, I hope you get over the traumatic incident fast. It usually takes me a month to get over something like that. Unfortunately when you're a woman and walking alone you get in all kind of situations.

Thanks for the support. I don't know what cotrisol was. I figured the stress/elevated blood pressure and such would help in weight loss. It must have done the opposite. I will perhaps switch to having a chicken salad after practice and see if that helps. It's hard to find time to eat until about 8 pm. From lunch until 8 I have an apple and granola bar. I'll get this figured out.
