I use to do tho diet called the Daniels fast which consist of all fruits and veggies, no dairy, starches, or sugars. Then I recently did tho 10day green smoothie detox which consist of blending collards, kale, spinach, apples, mixed fruits and berries, u can pick and choose which to mix. Anyway they both were successful to me, hard at first by became easy. I lost tremendous weight and felt GREAT. So think I'm going to do do the Daniels 1wk, then green smoothie 2 a day, first one with protein mix, the 2nd w/out, then a healthy light dinner before 6pm. Will rotate each week. Stating Monday 8/6 . Will weigh I then tell you guys how it did and will weigh in on 2nd week
