I'm very embarrassed to post my current weight. I hope that my honesty will jump-start my journey to my future goal.
I wonder what I would be weighing if I didn't care AT ALL about losing weight! I'm up quite a bit from my 20th? start in 2010.
This time I must really be successful. My health and LIFE depend on it!
I bought some SENSA and I started to use it on September 1st.
On 8/30/11 I hurt my lower back. I have no idea how I did it.
I went to a new Doctor on 8/31/11. He said he would bet his next paycheck that the back pain was due to me being overweight.
Wow! I was hoping for a quick recovery. Now I've just got to get with the program so that I could feel great once again.
