PMS and food weight. Technically I should be on a steak day, but I'm giving my system a chance to readjust to maintenance before I do a steak day. I want to see if I can settle in at 155-157. If I bump up to 160, I'm all over a steak day. I start breakfast again tomorrow, so I want to give my body a chance to regulate.
