Random stress is slaughtering my mood lately and making me uber cranky (not to mention my calculus hw!) but I'm not ready to just give up when I'm finally seeing some results... small but awesome.
To encourage myself and reward my own efforts in progress I've been looking for some more gym clothes like headbands, tops and stuff to work out in... I might even get headphones since I'm currently sans good workout music but it's hard to find stuff that's affordable or not polyester (I tend to want to claw it off). Any good references?
I've also been really happy about getting some ripe avocados recently-- I finally see why they taste good (I always get over ripe or not ready ones). Due to the increase of snacking on them my weight might have adjusted some but they're mostly good for you, and I can blame my calculus hw for keeping me in one place.
Just have to get my math brain and workout brain on the same level.
