I sinned! Actually it was going ok but I OD'd on dextrose in my shake I think after my workout yesterday and felt like I was gonna collapse. I ate and ate and ate to get back to normal. OK now. I think next I'm going to try pure protein PWOS with enough leucine to create a spike.
