Hello everyone. I am a bit upset today as I have lost only 100 gr of my weight in the last 10 days. But, if I look from a positive point of view - the weight is going down, not up. I am still struggling with a lack of energy. I started taking some magnesium tablets to help me with energy, sleep, and muscle cramps. Hopefully, soon, I will start moving more, and from this losing more weight.

I feel for u & know were ur coming from what can we do just have to keep at it am extremely unhappy at the moment with the lack of decent sleep cramps and no freedom walking on egg shells weight loss can be slow but at least you are losing you have done extremely well whenever I want to give up on myself I read your posts and feel empowered

Aw, I go through this phenomenon too - my body gets used to what is happening- we have to change something... hang in there. this is why yoyo dieting is not helpful- I want to lose my weight and keep it off- that's the hardest part for me 🤗

Cajor, yes, I always afraid, scared to start gaining weight after losing it. When I am stopping moving and exercising because of health issues, I am starting gaining weight ( even when I am trying to reduce calorie intake ). Only once I have lost 10kg in 1 month because I was very ill and eat only blueberries ( 10 berries per meal ) and yogurt. ( 1 tablespoon ).

Aw, Nadia, thank you so much for your kind words 😃🙃🫠. When I am feeling tired of controling myself what I eat, what I drink, am I do exercises, I always trying to find inspiration from other people's experiences, life's. It boosts our confidence. This is why we all here on this website, to help each other.🙃
