Had a bad weekend, but having a good start of the week. I am walking 2 miles a day this week. Next week I a going for 3 miles a day. Did weigh myself, I knew I would gain weight due to not recording and eating whatever over the weekend. But overall was not that bad. Trying to exercise twice a day.
