Make sure you take time to eat somethin, sweetheart!!! Even if its a bar or a shake!!!! Your body needs something 2 work with!!!! have a great one...

I feel the same way ... Just think of this diet as practice and one after we're done, we should be perfect, lol. I am really trying to reach my goal b/c I want to be happy and excited about shopping again. I wish you the best of luck in reaching your goals and I'm here to "read" your happiness or your sucky moments just like I know others are here for me. We are WINNERS so we'll do it!
