It's been a rough couple of days that included lots of amusement park food and ice cream, but hopefully tomorrow I'm starting a modified version of 21 day fix, and I think I'll do really well with it. I say modified because I'm just not ready to give up butter and Ranch yet. But everything else I think I can handle. My stepdaughter has been staying with us and will be until the middle of August, and it's making it hard to stick to my plan. She keeps me so busy, and talks me into ice cream so easy! But I need to get back on my health kick. Wish me luck!
