I’ve gone off the rails this month. It all started with my vacation in the beginning on June where I went from counting calories to eating whatever I wanted and that mainly was carbs and sugar. I got home and haven’t stopped. Every single day I start off well and then the afternoon comes and I can’t stop eating everything in sight. I am waiting for the semaglutide shots to be shipped to me and have this mindset that I can binge now and enjoy myself and then the weight will come off once I start the shots again. My restraint is completely out the window. 10 pounds in a month. That’s a lot of binge eating! I have no self control right now. I don’t know how to stop myself

I know the feeling. I have to do this occasionally but I have learned that after a couple of days of reset the worst is over. My advice is to fill up on fiber and protein. Don't stop eating but, if you can, nix the sugar and starches. Drink more water. Whenever you feel like eating grab some protein and NEVER eat any carbs without protein. Keto Bread works great if you have to have bread. Stick to low glycemic veggies. If you have ever seen the South Beach diet trying eating the phase one part and within a few days you will be shocked.

I have the same problem. I have a love hate relationship with sugar. Try to find things in replace of sugar. I posted a puff granola that I make from scratch and it’s very low in calories. I even posted some apples with agave and cinnamon. Omg it really curbs my feeling for wanting sugar. We got this. They also sell sugar free cookies. The brand is voortman. It tastes like it has sugar and I don’t usually eat that stuff because it tastes weird. But these taste like it has sugar. I give them to my daughter for school snack because she has autism. But hey we got this!!!
