I lost another 300 grams today. Not too bad for a day-to-day weight loss. However, I do see that things "need" to speed up a little if I want to end up at a lower number than at the weigh-in last Saturday (my spike day). I'm not sure that'll happen, but I'm kind of okay with it. Up to my spike day I had an insane amount of weight loss (5.3 kgs - 11 lbs!) in one week, so I am also thinking that I might have been extra low that day.
No matter - I am doing what I'm supposed to do, and the numbers are showing some progress again. I have a good feeling about this. It'll take several weeks before I know if this actually works, or if I am just standing still, fluctuating. Time will tell.
