up, down,up, down for the last 2 months, fighting with the same 4 lbs... 😖 I'm dropping my calories back down to 1000 until I lose the weight. It does mean I will need to change my workout routine too. Eating less means I won't have the same energy levels. When I get to my goal weight I'll bring it back up to 1400.

Careful you don’t drop to the point over maintaining body fat while losing muscle in an effort to get the scale number where you want it. Is there perhaps another metric you can use as your primary progress checker instead of the scale for a little while? Measurements, bodyfat calipers, strength progression in the gym…🤷🏼‍♂️ Either way, best of luck with it!

I don't plan on doing it for long. It's the last 8 lbs that just won't go. I need to focus on getting rid of those before I can work on gaining muscle. I am taking measurements but lately nothing is changing. Will lower my weights and add more cardio. I feel that I am pushing myself too much. Need to step back and go back to my old routine. Cardio, some weights, yoga.

I find going as heavy as I can for 3-5 reps max and doing some low intensity steady state cardio on the bike while keeping my heart rate below 130 to stay in “the fat burning zone”. But, we all respond differently. Best of luck! You’ll get there! You’re working hard. 😎
