Also try cool bathes & some herbs that help decrease Inflammation; Cayenne Pepper,Ginger, Tumeric,Cinnamon, Black Pepper,Garlic & Rosemary. I mix these in 1 shaker and use it on everything, more energy blood flow and less edema ! Good luck prayers...

Misty- yes, the new ones I grabbed weren't compression-y enough. :( the old ones I've had hurt my calves so a size too small.

Lol kat solo, that'sa tough being Greek/Italian with an Italian partner. We add it to dishes but not consuming in huge quantities.

Shir! Yes Yes, I asked my doc about the supplements I was taking cuz I was taking tumeric and ginger supplement, reservatrol supplement, which is found naturally in grapes, and some others for arthritis and my degenerate spinal stenosis. She recommended to stop all those until post partum. Thankfully I haven't had much pain.
