At least I am back to 145-for a few days I was verging 0n 148-perish the thought. Actually ran home last night-so go in about 1.5-2 miles running as well as another mile walking. Definitely can feel it in my out of conditioned legs. Even though I walk almost every day up hills and through dales-running is a whole different animal. Did my push-ups, sit-ups leg lifts this am. Took the car to work as I had to cart a bunch of supplies from the house and going to Costco after work. I tend to lapse into a Costco coma as soon as I walk through the door-so will get my walking done there as I wander aimlessly back and forth. Will run again tomorrow. I want to get back to 5 miles-that's a comfortable (well used to be) distance for me.

Ho hum-back to the grindstone.

So hard not to do that at costco huh? dang. 5 miles is comftorable to you?? Thats it, I am a whimp still when it comes to running. AND I only will admit that here, on your journal!

lol-I mean "comfortable" as in I can still walk the next day....anyhoo, whatever it is you are doing -you tiny little fit whimp-it's working! I could run a marathon and the only thing I would lose is the use of my legs for a week.
