Ok I am getting lean. I thought I was pretty lean, I thought I had
no more than 5lbs of fat, I was wrong. I am sure I have lost muscle
but I am heading for my all time thin skin. Rice & Beans & oatmeal.

For the next 6 months or so the 180# goal at 4% BF is a joke. I could
end up at 167# or so. I am who I am, I would have to drug to put on
more muscle and I will not do that.
