Day 7 of the rest of summer. God is so good. Happy Independence Day to y'all in the USA!

Breakfast: coffee, rice krispee square.
Lunch: 1/2 tomato & mozzarella panini, 12 oz nfat latte.
Dinner: 2nd half of tomato & mozzarella panini, 2 figs.

Feeling better every day.

Day 4 training program: 6X 1min run/1min walk. Total 5 km(6957 steps), 57 mins. Note to self: no snacks before a workout!! Almost freakishly revisited that rice krispee square. Enough said. :-P

55,6 kg Tappat hittills: 2,4 kg.    Kvarvarande: 2,1 kg.    Kosten följs: Ganska bra.
Tappar 0,5 kg per vecka
