Woke at #189, appetite is back, and pneumonia is gone as you can see appetites is back, still #26 under goal , I'm sure it will increase as I go along, twisted my knee out at work, I'm hobbling around, get one thing gone, F-N something else, Dentist tomorrow and Dr next week for blood work A1C is over the roof, so will see how it goes need to maintain weight. Stay strong warriors!! And I'm DO N OK !!!
