Up 2 lbs total, but my upper abs seem to be showing through more. My spreadsheet calcs are showing that I have only lost .22 lbs of body fat over the last 5 weeks, but have gained 2.22 lbs of muscle. Gotta believe that since my pants are fitting looser, as my pants waist is getting smaller according to measurements. Still have to admit that I would prefer to see the total weight dropping but I am not going to fret as I feel pretty good. I have considered that I might not be eating enough, which is something I usually warn others about. Still last time that was the case, my total weight plateaued for 4 weeks, as opposed to the increase I am seeing now. Might have to eliminate a couple of he healthy lunches I have been eating out, as I have to estimate those cals. Might be more vinager and oil on those salads than I thought. I will make lunches the rest of the week so I will know for sure the cal intake and see how that affects overall numbers.

I concur with HCB - that you are feeling well is important. You don't want to push too hard based on where you were just a few short months ago. But, I also fully understand the desire for results. Being down 2.4 pounds of fat is good - keep-up the good efforts.
