no i was just pointing out that if you go to a gp the best they'll do is give you a link to a website or pass the buck to a dietician who will tell you about portion sizes and to eat healthy but never how to put those things into practice

i went to my dr at 149kgs who referred me to the health coach. She did indeed say eat healthy with portion sizes and exercise more. I took her advice with her food options for the first month lived on the same thing cruskits and tuna. 13 weeks later I was 123 kgs with little to no exercise at all. cutting out all the bad foods I ate is what saved me no fizzy or potato chips everyday like I was. now I feel fit az and can walked for ages without being tired.

I no longer restrict myself like I did at the start and altho I haven't lost weight for over a month now I also haven't gained but I feel fitter and healthier than I've ever been
