🤦🏻♀️🙈 I know what did this but still , damn it. A llarge dinner after 6pm and no exercise. I wasn’t ever really hungry but emotionally eating. My request for an additional week of vacation was denied. I was told I couldn’t have it until “after” 5 yrs translating to on my 6yr anniversary. Not hard and 6 months in. Stupid thing now I realize I ate to gain control cause this decision was out of my control. But eating when I’m not hungry and just grabbing ahit to fill a hole was I really in control. Nooo! ((😏)) I hope I remember this. Now my question is do I tighten up my food intake today or continue with the schedule of a high carb day.
