Been an extremely busy week and extremely hot here in the Vegas Desert. I have been able to keep walking at least 4 miles/day and use a spray water bottle to stay cool. The evaporation in low humidity can make your body very cold no matter how hot it is. The air gets so dry here I have seen the rain evaporate before it hits the ground.
For some reason I keep getting unexpected errors on Fatsecret. Seriously... when is an error on the internet/website EXPECTED.

Try a "cool shirt" you can get them online and motorcycle shops here in phoenix. It's a vest with quilted material, you soak it in water and it will evaporate around you and help keep you cool. hope it helps, stay cool.
