Had a birthday and a bad day so I ate cake twice :o( Maybe it will be a better month. I need to get down to my goal weight. I'm just not happy like this.

Yeah, I know the feeling. It's just not happening as fast as I anticipated, but that why we have to try harder, make or tweek the diet a bit to work for us. We'll do it. I was hoping to be in the 180's by my birthday Friday, but I don't think it's going to happen, but that's okay, I'll just try harder and hopefully Sept. will end in a BANG for us both.....
