It was an amazing weekend, got a lot done and went for a wonderful walk on the nature trails yesterday. I started taking a multivitamin but after taking it for two days I noticed last night when I stood up I was a little dizzy. I have a little bit of trouble with low blood pressure so I'm worried that the vitamins are lowering it a bit more. I didn't take it today just to see if it improved how I feel.

what kind of vitamin is it? is a slow release? Some people do better with those.

I went to the doctor about my dizzy spells/super low blood pressure (94/64), and he said add some salt to salads or just lick it straight off your finger for instant results. You're probably just peeing too much of it out and you need to replenish.

It is just woman's daily multivitamins, it is a huge pill, but no I don't think it is slow release form. I will have to check for a slower one and see if it helps. Thank you Cindy :) SoonSoon I have been doing the same, adding salt to things most wouldn't even consider. I have been drinking lots of water since it has been so hot outside and I enjoy being outdoors. My blood pressure runs around 94/74 but it varies so much when changing positions that I have to move slower. Thankfully I have not yet blacked out from it but it is a constant worry. Thank you Glen :) and I hope you get yours worked out as well. Blood pressure is such a picky thing it seems. Now a days you really have to watch eating habits when high blood pressure is involved because almost everything contains salt. Recently I even noticed some bottled water has sodium in it.
