not too bad but still not where I've been. Tom plus super jet lag probably is not helping but still I need to get this under control now. going off to Italy tomorrow for three days so again getting a bit worried about my eating. all I can do is plan very strict eating the days after again. I just wish I had a bit more time between trips. after being at 52 I really feel the difference and see the difference. my stomach looks a lot puffier as does my legs.

guess I just need to ride this out. the jet lag resulted in only 4 hours of sleep last night so wondering how I'm going to get through today!
