has anyone had specific weigh ins? when do you normally weigh yourself and how do you determine looking on the scale (when do you feel progress?) your eating? moving your body? I'm debating when I should weigh myself again 😶

Hi caroleenaPablo. It seems some people weigh in every day and some choose to weigh in once a week. . I’m up and down like a yo yo all week long so for me, weighing in once a week makes more sense. If you choose either route, just pick the same time each day or pick a day and time and stick to that. I chose Mondays because I always started diets on a Monday. 😉

I weigh in daily. First thing after I wake up, after the bathroom, before consuming anything. I use a smart scale that automatically syncs to an app/website. This shows the trend, which is what we should put more focus on anyway. You can also choose what the scale displays when you step on it. So if weight fluctuations are an issue for you, you can have it only show other things. Mine shows the weather when I step on it. Pretty accurate too. It’s a Withings smart scale if you want to look up what’s available. 😎

the scale doesn't always show your progress! if you are working out you're losing fat while toning/building muscle so you may not weigh less but your jeans are fitting a little looser...and that, my dear, can make you feel a lot more confident that you're heading in the right direction, even if the scale tells you different!! I wanna see you celebrate that first big hurdle!! ♡ you got this! ♡

I weigh in Wednesday morning first thing. That way I’ve had an opportunity to adjust from any indulgence I might have had over the weekend. 😊

I want to thank you everyone on your opinions, reviews and what works for you I appreciate everyone's insight on this, I am gonna try weighing myself every 2-3 days to see - for me I'm not surprised if my weight goes up and down and I'll try not to be discouraged on it if it does go up that is life however I'm trying my best to stick to a diet that is in the 2100 range daily and of course trying my best to get that 10k step daily if I fail, I am not too hard on myself. I also am trying to get 6 - 8 glasses of water. :)
