Ever wonder if your weight would have dropped if you didn’t eat that thing the night before? Yep I’m doing that now. Ate 2 sausages after my workout because I was hungry/ feeling weak. I meant to eat only half of one for protein after the workout but I ate 2. Fortunately I didn’t gain. I also ate after the witching hour for me. It was almost 10pm.
