I rode a 20-mile bike ride yesterday. Out past the International Peace Garden, my favorite park on the west side of Salt Lake valley. 10 miles into a 20-mile bike ride, I stopped and ate half a fried chicken, some rice cakes, drank a lot of water, then got back on the bike and rode 10 miles home.
