Went out for a late dinner with a friend and had chicken lettuce wraps. Only ate 1/2 the serving and the salt just did me under. I knew I would gain weight from it but it will come off quickly by tomorrow.

I agree! It was a lovely time and I knew eating that late would not be good but it was worth the company.
