Very good traces of ketosis this morning, my weight loss is proceeding better this time so far. Yesterday I was starving for most of the day but I hope it will get better when my body adjust to the new food intake quantity. But in general knowing that I'm burning fat at 1.5 is really good for 3 days in the diet. I just hope this time around I'll learn how to change my lifestyle in terms of food, otherwise any diet will never last long term....and it's what all we want!
