Status quo. I need to buckle down. I did walk 4.5 miles yesterday but ate more at night than I needed to. I finished off desserts from the weekend and had some chips.
My weekend away from home drama did wonders. Hubs is trying harder but I fear it may be too late to mend. I told him last night, I am still upset but choosing not to talk about it right now.
