Didn't lose anything for yesterday's weigh in. 0.02 today. Progress is progress.
I am sick. I'm so miserable. I think it's a sinus infection but a doozy of a sinus infection. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning.
I'm just kind of eating whatever and staying at my calorie limit. I think it's important to fuel your body while you're fighting something off. Yesterday my daughter made mint chocolate truffles and I had a couple of those as well. Don't worry, I'm not falling off the wagon. Really, I'm just being lazy.
