I've not lost ANY weight this week, BUT I've not gained any either!
I've not had a good week - I have gone over my calorie daily allowance on three days and I've had really bad cravings for sweet things - I think maybe it's linked to my hormones, but I can't tell as I don't have a normal cycle anymore.

I've recorded most things, but not everything, because there was one day at least where I lost track of the food I consumed - but I don't think I'd gone over by more than a couple of hundred calories and I was certainly still under the outgoing calorie amount!

Anyway, all this means that I need to be REALLY good this week or I won't hit my mini-target next Sunday - so I started off yesterday and did really well, even though I was really tempted by a few things.

Back to being a more determined me! :)

Your diet looks healthy. You could try to replace your cravings for sweet things with some healthy fruit like grapes.

We not only had no clothes we didn,t have much phonesignal/wifi either. We are very brown though and NO white lines. :)
