Forgot to put in the journal with the weight recording, so a comment here. At 160 lbs now, 10 lbs away from the current goal. 2 more lbs to go to be “just” overweight, not obese. This drop is especially satisfying because this month I’ve been mostly off the low dose phentermine, which I suspect hasn’t been doing much in the past couple of months, and my current losses are just due to the dietary choices and CICO (couldn’t exercise much either). Feel super motivated this morning to keep going, now onto more exercise to get stronger💪 Thanks to all to have supported my journey so far, I seriously wouldn’t have been able to do it without FS and its community and all the inspiration and ideas I have gotten from you🩷
