App is telling me my RDI is 2700 calories, but I find that so hard to achieve each day, while eating 10a-6p. I'm happy if I make it over 2000.

I drank over 80 Oz of water, but may have over done it in the gym compared to my calorie intake yesterday with an hour of cardio and 30 minutes of lifting. I didn't wanna leave last night and felt in the zone.

Little disappointed, in a small gain, but not letting it shake me.

I struggle to eat the recommended calories, too. I just ignore it at this point. I eat when I'm hungry, drink tons of water, and take my vitamins. I'm still trying to eat more, but not much sounds appealing

I keep my calories 1200-1500 a day with emphasis on staying under the 1200 and so far it’s working beautifully!

Yeah man the RDI on this site is mostly just wrong. For you to get to your goal weight of 200 lbs. 2700 is way too much. I'd say if you're being active and eating right. A good calorie amount would be around 2200 a day. If you ever need any help or have questions that I can help with let me know.

My RDI is pretty high at 3200 but I’m on aggressive weight loss mode and tapped out at 1500 yesterday. It sounds like you’re on a good track, and I’ve always followed the formula of your weight times eight (weight x 8 = caloric intake). Best wishes

I've never heard weight times 8 before, really easy to remember. Still trying to figure out what works for me and my body, I appreciate the tips!
