Higher than I’ve logged in a while but this is also after gaining over the last few months, then losing a bit at the gym over the last month. I’ve been sick a few times in the last few months so I’m trying to be kind to myself but I’m not totally upset either because I feel stronger & I’ve got some more defined ab muscles coming through. Time to work towards meal prepping and having a calorie deficit.
