I guess a pound is good! One at a time! Need to get back to the gym tho. Took off today because I stayed home so I could give away all the old clothes - of course they never showed up! Grrr. Other things aggravated me today, but I really tried to not let it affect my eating! Of course, the weekend is coming up, so that's good (and bad, when we go out to eat!). I'll be happy if I could stay the same weight on Monday.
