Gained 3lbs during the holiday. Not upset at all because its a lifestyle change it will happen. Today I'm back and ready to jump right back in. I even went to my rowing class on Thanksgiving morning. So I am proud of myself for staying committed. Excited for rowing tonight. Let's not beat ourselves up because even tho I gained 3lbs my clothes sizes are going down. My mobility is much better. Let's have a good week!!!
