I've had exams, which are now over. Thank God and all his fluffy little angels, diploma is complete (provided I pass) so ...
Please no more study. At 53 my soul can't take it.
Diarrhoea is still ongoing, but I feel like I have the time to get back onto things. Diabetes is largely uncontrolled, I've been eating so many carbs. :(
So... I've gained 5kg since I fell off the wagon. have to start tracking carbs again as it's the cheapest way to know what state my sugars are in.
