13k steps a day? Where do you find the time? I have trouble getting to 5k a day. You are an inspiration! :)

I've started riding my exercise bike every morning for 30 minutes, that gives me 4000 steps before 8 am, and then I make myself go for a 2 mile walk at lunch. Pacing in front of the microwave helps too. ;)
