okay first day done! I've honestly lost track of how many day ones I've had this past year but it's okay! I keep on keepin on and that's what matters.
snacked a lot yesterdsy, pretty much nonstop actually because I was at home and bored, but was able to cut it off within my eating window so that was definitely a win. (I intermittent fast, I eat between 11-6 any later than that and it's almost certain I'll start grazing on anything and everything). I full on fasted today, this is something I used to do every 1-2 weeks usually on Sundays or mondays, and I found it really beneficial. it helped me with my appetite and crsvings, got me more focused and motivated. I typically shot for 24-48 hours, so that's what I aimed for today. I'm at around 28 hours so tomorrow morning I'll have a complete breakfast.
got my daily water intake in, but just barely. my minimum is currently set at 120 fl oz because of how active I am (I run 4-6 miles per day, walk an additional 2-3, and average 1-2 5ks a week). usually I'm chug a luggin but today those last 30 ounces were HARD. I knew I needed it though especially after today.
today's workout consisted of a 5.5 mile run/jog at a moderate pace(ran through ankle height grass, fairly flat terrain with some medium hills and a few gradual hills too), followed by a 1 mile walk.
today's stats were 17,813 steps, 52 floors, and 8.55 miles!
