I was told to keep my calories at 1300 or lower daily. It has worked! Eating too little (1100) wasn't working nor was going over 1300, even by a small amount. But for the last two days I have kept my calories at around 1300 or less (1297, 1283, ...) and it has worked! I dropped two pounds in just two days!
