Hey all, I remembered that today is my 69th birthday. I missed my goal of Onederland by this date, but I have no complaints. Tomorrow is another day, so I carry on. I'm grateful to be healthy and strong and on track to becoming healthier and stronger. My gift to myself today is to motor over to the Y, join and sign up for some fall fitness classes.
