day 4 of eating no meat to shock my body into losing again. I think it's going well. I am done a lb, so 3 more to be back at 143 which I saw in May. I'm not going to do this for the long haul- too hard and I miss chicken. I think friday will be my last day of vegetarian and then one day a week after that for awhille. boca burgers are pretty good and going to try a veggie chicken sandwich for lunch along with some streamer veggies. Do I feel better- I honestly don't know. Think my belly is going down alittle. I did 30 min on the eliptical today and a couple mins of free weights. thinking I need to do core tomorrow.or kenpo x. then my movie should be here so 2 days on the threadmill running walking, hills etc.
