Habit. Food tracking is part of Mindful eating. If I keep doing the right thing something shifts even if I can't see it.

Sometimes for me it’s scrolling through my previous weights (weight graph) and my journals/posts to remind me of how far I’ve come. It puts things in perspective for means acts as a positive reinforcer.
