It's been fun living in the 70s again (with a nod to Skyhooks for the tune that has been playing in my head for the last few months 😂) Certainly enjoyed it much more than the first time round 😁 My focus is to get into the 60s now while increasing my muscle mass (there's a term not previously in my vocabulary 😀). I am starting to visualise the new number on my scales... a few more weeks, maybe a month, who knows 🤔 Again, I am so thankful for this wonderful FS fam 🙏 You have really helped me on this journey more than I ever expected, so very grateful 💟
