Well Week 2 of my restart of my diet journey . I have finally realised that I have been mega stupid for allowing myself to eat myself stupid . I am 66 now and sometimes it is hard to do extra stuff . But I have kicked the treats and biscuits to the kerb . ONWARDS AND UPWARDS, TAKING BABY STEPS THEN IT IS NOT SUCH A SHOCK. STILL GOT AWAY TO GO .
